Kamil Jamshaid

Kamil is an experienced corporate banker with over 17 years of experience predominantly in the Middle East and South Asia region. Over the years, Kamil has developed strong knowledge of global transactions including banking products such as structured trade finance, risk participation, asset management and debt origination with various corporate and financial institutions.

Kamil specializes in active portfolio management and client relationship for large and diverse client base which covers all key sectors, including Real Estate, Contracting, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Shipping, Manufacturing, Technology, Trading and sovereigns. Kamil has also undertaken detailed financial due diligence and analysis of financial forecasts and budgeting requirements for his clients. Kamil has experience in syndications, restructuring, merger and acquisition transactions.

Kamil’s vast network of relationship across various corporate and financial institutions allows him to recognize and identify key market drivers and expectations beforehand enabling him to provide strategic analysis and recommendations to his clients on future course of actions to facilitate their current and future financial requirements.

Kamil holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore – Pakistan, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Lahore – Pakistan.
